The installation has been inspected by me/us and, to the best of my/our knowledge, the works have been completed in accordance with the agreed contract and specification.
The system has been commissioned and demonstrated, and I/we have been provided with appropriate operating instructions and guidance on the use of the installed equipment.
Any relevant handover documentation, warranties, certification, manuals and/or supporting paperwork applicable to the installation have been provided or explained to me/us.
I/We are satisfied with the standard of workmanship and the completion of the installation, subject only to any items specifically listed below.
I/We acknowledge that the installation works are substantially complete and that the final balance outstanding under the contract is now due for payment in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
