The Association of Plumbing & Heating Contractors (APHC) is a not-for-profit trade association representing professional plumbing and heating businesses in England and Wales. APHC Licensed Members are required to meet defined standards relating to their business practices, competence, insurance and customer service.

While we work hard to ensure every customer receives a high standard of service, APHC membership also provides an additional level of reassurance.
If an APHC member's customer has a complaint about work that they believe does not comply with relevant standards, APHC has a consumer complaint process through which it can mediate between the customer and member in an attempt to reach a mutually agreeable resolution.
